River Whips makes every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. Most items will always be in stock. Our relationships with our manufactures enable us to directly ship from the source, but River Whips may need to get parts from other locations to complete orders.
All orders made over the weekend will not be processed until Monday. If your item is out of stock or is a custom order and will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you via e-mail or by phone. Most orders should be received within 7 business days. Orders drop-shipped from the manufacturer or distributor may not arrive at the same time.
Our site calculates all shipping rates based on the USPS and UPS platform. We do reserve the right to ship with other carriers if we feel it will be more efficient for your order. We do use FedEx and US Mail service in addition to UPS.
If your order is shipped via commercial freight, it is your responsibility to fully inspect your items before you sign the driver’s paperwork. If a claim is not filed with the driver at time of delivery there is nothing we can do to fix the problem.
If a product is marked as free shipping it is shipped ground and not included in the pricing calculations for expedited shipping. If you would like a free shipping item expedited please feel free to give us a call at (602) 796-7318 and we would be more than happy to get you a quote.
Non-maintenance batteries, fire extinguishers, and chemicals are shipped ground freight only to the continental U.S. Any free shipping offers are for the continental U.S. and are shipped ground freight.
Shipping to a residential address or the requirement of a lift gate may result in additional fees you are responsible for.
A few of our products are custom built to order. These products can have an additional lead time of up to four weeks before they are shipped.
Returns and Refunds
Easy 3 Step Return Policy
1.) Request our RMA form by email: email@example.com. All Returns require an RMA number
2.) Contact us at (602) 796-7318 within 30 days of receipt of your product for your RMA number.
3.) Return all RMA items via ground shipping to the following address:

You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 30 days of receipt of your item.
On each item returned for refund after 30 days of receipt of your item, there may be a restocking charge. The restocking fee is $10.00 or 10% fee, whichever is higher.
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. The Manufacturer’s packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Do not use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping box.
Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. We do not accept C.O.D.’s.
If you return an item that was shipped under our free shipping promotion we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping amount from the refunded amount.
Electrical, ignition, and discontinued items are not returnable. Videos and DVD’s must be unopened and in original packaging. All closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded.
Returns or refunds can be accepted at our facility upon request.
Refunds can take 5-7 days to process.
We do not refund items that are over 30 days of customer receiving the items.
We do not receive returns on liquids that have been opened, due to leakage and spillage. This is an issue with USPS, UPS and FED EX. If you have an issue with a liquid, contact the Manufacturer direct. No exception. For all other items: Quick exchange if the item is defective, within 15 days. Contact us immediately for the procedure at 928-302-1961 Arizona. If you change your mind on your purchase, please send back within 15 days for an item refund. We will not refund shipping. The item you purchase must be in un-used condition and packaging intact, so we can re-sell the item. If you return a non-useable item that you damaged, we will not refund you. You may return new, unopened items sold within 15 days of the sale for a full refund, except for shipping. Items should be returned in their original product packaging for a refund. Shipping is never refunded unless the item is defective.
If items are defective, shipping will be refunded. If we sent you the wrong item, we will do our best to rectify the issue and make sure you get the correct item at no extra cost to you.
If it is determined that the products have been tampered with, the cost of replacement will be subtracted from the refund.
